Bonus after 90 days if you meet the following

criteria:

Take 25 trips or 20,000 Miles total in the 90 days

Have no preventable claims

Have no D.O.T. inspections which add CSA points to the company.

This bonus will be added to your settlement card once the criteria is verified.
